Information on refunds and returns
Before completing your purchases, carefully read our return policy.
Our policy provides a 14 day deadline for refunds or returns. After 14 days from the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you any refund or exchange.
- Before making a return you must be authorized by Euphorika Brand.
- To request return authorization, send an email to: euphorikabrand@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods, containing the buyer's name and surname and the order number.
- Once we receive your request we will send you an email with return instructions.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- The return of the items must take place within 7 days of written authorization via email to the customer by Euphorika Brand.
- Return requests deemed unsuitable by Euphorika Brand will be rejected
To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, including any gadgets, thank you cards or discounts inside the package. Everything must be returned in its original packaging.
Before proceeding with the return, in the case of defective items or items that present inconsistencies with the description, Euphorika reserves the right to request photographic documentation.
For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Before starting any refund or return procedure, wait for our confirmation via email.No partial or full refunds will be given for:
* Any procedure that does not comply with our Refunds and Returns Policy
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing due to causes unrelated to our error.
*Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
SIZE CHANGE:
We tend to only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. We always ask you to check our "Size Guide" before proceeding with the purchase to minimize errors in choosing sizes. We handle size change requests on a case-by-case basis, so if you really need a size change with the same item, send us an email to: euphorikabrand@gmail.com and we will evaluate whether to proceed with the return.
Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the buyer .
Shipping costs are not refundable . If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes for your replacement product to be delivered may vary.
REFUNDS:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method, within 7 business days.
If you still haven't received your refund after 7 days, check your bank account again. Otherwise, contact your credit card company; It may take some time for the refund to be formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time involved when registering a refund. If you have already followed these steps and have not yet received your refund, write to us at the following address: euphorikabrand@gmail.com
RETURN SHIPPING:
You have 7 days from our confirmation email to return the package. To send an item back, always use a trackable shipping service. Otherwise we cannot guarantee correct receipt of the returned item.
