Before making any returns you must be authorized by Euphorika . To request return authorization, send an email to: euphorikabrand@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods, containing the buyer's name and surname and the order number. Once we receive your request we will send you an email with return instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
